Comparative adjectives are adjectives that compare 2 things. Superlative adjectives are adjectives that compare 3 things or more. An example of a comparative adjective is faster. An example of a superlative adjective is slowest. Usually comparative adjectives have ER at the end of a word. Superlative adjectives usually have EST at the end of  a word.
